Special Project

The Youth Arts Festival is held every 2 years since 2005, with the goals to promote arts learning and sharing on one hand, and to strengthen confidence and multi-intelligence of young people on the other. The programme varies every term, such as elections, shows, workshops and community participation, whereas visual and performing arts as well as pop culture are also included.
