District Youth Outreaching Social Work Team

District Youth Outreaching Social Work Teams seek to reach out and provide counselling and guidance to those young people, Chinese or SE Asian, aged between 6-24 whom normally do not participate in conventional social or youth activities and are vulnerable to undesirable influences. Social workers reach them out on the street or in public areas such as outdoor playground, fast-food restaurant, internet café, bar, park and etc.

 

To address the changing needs and behavior pattern of our youths, social workers also reach them through online platform to provide counselling service and guidance.
