Culture, Sport & Arts Division

We have two stadiums, MacPherson Stadium in Mongkok and Southorn Stadium in Wan Chai.  Both could accommodate almost 2000 attendances.  The major service of the stadiums is to provide venues and facilities for different organizations to arrange various programs, such as concerts, territory-wide basketball and boxing competitions, exhibitions, ceremonies, job fairs, examinations etc.  On the other hand, the stadiums aim to promote sports, music and cultural development; the schemes “MacPherson Festival” and “Southorn Action” are launched to provide special offers to the organizers who share the same values. The stadiums also provide a range of interest classes for citizens to enrich their leisure and cultural life.
